Help us secure Bitcoin and beyond.

Enclavia lets Bitcoin teams run their keys inside hardware enclaves that nobody can read, not even us. We're a small, early team and we're hiring for two roles. Both are remote, with office space at Blox Space in Turin or Antidote in London, and both come with equity: we want people who join early and stay for the long run.

Security Engineer

turin or london · remote contractor ≈ $50k–$80k / yr + variable equity

the role

We build confidential-computing infrastructure on hardware enclaves. Workloads run in an isolated environment where keys are generated and sealed to the hardware, and nobody, not even the operator, can read the data in the clear. It's the security and privacy backbone for teams that run hot wallets, Lightning nodes, Layer 2s and private keys, and want to prove to their users that their data can't be read, instead of just promising it.

We're looking for our first senior Security Engineer: the person who takes charge of the technical core of the product. We don't want the perfect CV, we want the right mind. Now that AI writes much of the code, what we need isn't the fastest typist. It's someone with an eye for the bug the AI brought along with it: a security mindset, a Capture the Flag background, and comfort with low-level work.

The work ranges from critical review of generated code (where the risk hides in the details) to writing the sensitive parts of the system in Rust. It goes from low-level work on Linux, drivers and isolated environments to designing flows that respect the enclave's security model: data encrypted before it leaves, attack surface kept to a minimum. And, together with the founders, you'll own the decisions that make the product solid.

what makes the difference

  • A security mindset, not a feature factory. You came from security and picked up Rust, not the other way around. You look at a system and immediately think about how it breaks.
  • A CTF or bug-hunting background. Your eye is trained to spot the hole in thousands of lines of code, which is exactly what reviewing AI-written code takes. Competitive CTF teams, university ones included, are a real plus.
  • Rust. It's the language of the product, and you know it well.
  • Low-level security. Linux, drivers, the kernel, and a feel for how a system close to the metal works (and how it breaks). Hardware or embedded experience is a plus.
  • Security-model thinking. You understand key isolation, encrypting before output, and enclaves, and you can reason about what must never leave in the clear. Experience with confidential computing, TEEs or enclave tech (SGX, Nitro and similar) is welcome.
  • Seniority and autonomy. Early on you'll wear every hat, so we need someone who takes ownership and gets things done.
  • Bitcoin and wallets. Not required, but understanding the context the product runs in helps a lot.
  • English, B2 or better. We're an international company, and the conversations that matter often happen in English.

Missing something from the list? Apply anyway. We're looking for game-changers, not boxes to tick.

work arrangements

The role is remote, with free access to office space at Blox Space in Turin or Antidote in London when you want to work in person. How you work is flexible and agreed with the team based on project needs. Pay is around $50,000–$80,000 a year, plus a variable component.

The role also comes with equity. We're looking for someone to join early, believe in the mission, and stay with the team for the long run.

If security is your craft and you want to build the infrastructure that protects the keys and privacy of people who work with Bitcoin, we'd like to meet you.

Sales Development Representative

turin or london · remote contractor ≈ $45k–$60k / yr + commission equity

the role

We build security infrastructure for the crypto world: a system based on hardware enclaves that lets teams running hot wallets, Lightning nodes and Layer 2s isolate their private keys and guarantee privacy to their users. The product is technical and the market is specific: Bitcoin and crypto companies that have a real security and privacy problem, and know it.

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to open this market, building pipeline and bringing the right companies to the table. We don't want the perfect CV, we want the right mind. You'll need to talk to technical people (often founders and CTOs) without being caught off guard, and understand enough about crypto to be credible.

The work ranges from finding and qualifying target companies (hot-wallet operators, infrastructure providers, wallet companies) to outbound and opening the first conversations. It goes from building and managing the pipeline to upselling across our tiers. And you'll work side by side with the founders to sharpen our message and positioning for a product that's still early.

what makes the difference

  • B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in tech, crypto or infrastructure. You know how to open a sales conversation and move it forward. If you've already sold to this segment, that's a real plus.
  • Comfort with technical buyers. You sell to founders and CTOs, so you have to hold your own on security and privacy without bluffing.
  • Building pipeline from zero. You find the right targets, engage them, and bring them to the point where the product speaks for itself.
  • Familiarity with Bitcoin and crypto. You don't need to be a developer, but knowing who runs hot wallets and why that's a security problem makes the difference.
  • Data-driven and at home with the tools. You think in numbers, you know your conversion rates, and you get around CRMs and sales-engagement tools.
  • An existing network across crypto companies, wallet providers and infrastructure operators is a real advantage, if you have one.
  • English, B2 or better. The market is international, and the conversations that matter often happen in English.

Missing something from the list? Apply anyway. We're looking for game-changers, not boxes to tick.
