Privacy Policy

Portal Technologies, Inc. · effective july 13, 2026 · version 0.1 (beta)

Enclavia is a beta service. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. During the beta, customers are contractually prohibited from running EU/UK personal data or other regulated personal data through the Service (see our Terms of Service).

This Privacy Policy explains how Portal Technologies, Inc. ("Portal," "Enclavia," "we") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Enclavia beta service and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1Scope and roles

Account and website data. For information you provide to create and manage your account and use our website, we act as the controller.

Customer workloads inside enclaves. Enclavia's design keeps the contents of your workloads confidential, and we do not have visibility into data processed inside hardware-backed enclaves. To the extent any customer content is processed through the Service, you are the controller and we act as a processor on your behalf, subject to our Terms. Note that during the beta you may not place regulated personal data into the Service.

2Information we collect

2.1Information you provide

·Account information: name, email, organization, and credentials.
·Billing information: processed by our payment processor; we receive limited billing metadata (e.g., plan, status, last four digits) but do not store full card numbers.
·Communications: messages you send us, including support and feedback.

2.2Information collected automatically

·Usage and log data: API calls, enclave lifecycle events, timestamps, IP address, and device/browser information.
·Cookies and similar technologies on our website (see Section 7).

2.3Enclave contents

By design, we aim not to access the contents of your enclaves. Attestation and control-plane metadata necessary to operate the Service may be processed, but we do not intend to access your workload data itself.

3How we use information

·To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
·To process billing and manage your account;
·To communicate with you about the beta, support, and changes;
·To monitor for abuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with law; and
·To develop new features and understand usage.

Our legal bases (where applicable) include performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, consent (where required, e.g., certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

4How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:

·Sub-processors and service providers that help us run the Service (see Section 5);
·Legal and safety recipients where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;
·Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to provide the Service. This list may change as the Service evolves; we will keep it current.

·Amazon Web Services (AWS): cloud hosting and infrastructure.
·Stripe: payment processing and billing.
·Google: cloud/productivity services supporting our operations.

6Data retention

We retain account and usage information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Because this is a beta, data may also be deleted at any time (see our Terms). You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

7Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and, where applicable, analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we will request consent for non-essential cookies.

8Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, the Service is a beta provided "as-is" and we cannot guarantee absolute security or that data will be preserved. You are responsible for your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

9Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, or to object or withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact us at the address below. During the beta we process limited account data (name, email, IP) to operate the Service.

10International users

We are based in the United States and process information in the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11Children

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and the "Effective date" above will be updated.
